No Bake Banana Strawberry Slice Base

200g Soaked Cashew in water overnight

30g CALLEBAUT White Callets (melted)

30g SELBOURNE Dark Chocolate (melted)

80g whole roasted almond skin on

50g medjool pitted dates


  1. Blend soaked cashew, whole almond skin on, medjool pitted dates.

  2. Add melted white callets.

  3. Add melted SELBOURNE dark chocolate, mix until well blended.

  4. Put oil on the pan and put parchment paper. Transfer the mixture. Flatten it evenly using a spoon.

  5. Chill the base for at least 1hour or until firm.

Banana Strawberry Mixture Ingredients

400g Soaked Cashew in water overnight

SELBOURNE Strawberry Choco (no weight indicated in the video)

30g CALLEBAUT White Callets (melted)

400g Ripe Bananas, cut into cubes then freeze (diced)

Diced strawberry (no weight indicated in the video)


  1. Blend the ripe bananas and cashew.

  2. Transfer to a bowl add melted white callets. Incorporate well.

  3. Add diced strawberry, add chopped Selbourne strawberry choco, mix well until chocolate


  1. Put the mixture to our chilled base. Evenly spread it. Tap 2 times.

  2. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm to be slice.
