Pinoy Polvoron

Pinoy Pulvoron Ingredients

Cornstarch – 50 grams

All purpose flour – 200 grams

White granulated sugar – 100 grams

Milk powder – 100 grams

Vanilla – 5 grams

Butter – 60 grams, melted

Pinoy Pulvoron Procedure

1. In a pan, add the cornstarch and all-purpose flour.

2. In a medium high heat, brown the flour mixture.

3. Continuously mix the flour mixture until it develops sweet caramel aroma or until

color becomes light brown.

4. Transfer toasted flour mixture into a clean bowl.

5. Add white granulated sugar.

6. Add milk powder.

7. Mix until homogenous.
